Can you be more specific? Does it move In the software when you move the physical fader? What exactly is doing/not doing?

Do you use the xfader a lot? It could just be wearing out but it might just be getting dusty. Try to use dust off in the Xfader slot.
If that dosnt work, (I don't really recommend this) cock the fader arm up or down or even twist it as you glide it back and forth.
I lost control of my B/D volume and tempo faders, I did that and it work 98% of the time. I still sent it into NA to get fixed, but it got me through 2 gigs before I got my repair# and shipping label.

Just make a ticket, faders are known to go bad. They wont fight you on fixing/replacing it.

Try compressed air first!!! Shoot it in the slot.
Bend the fader post as you slide the fader side to side.
Try to make what ever contacts the fader uses rub against each other.
Try doing it a little pushing up, slide back and forth 3-4 times. Then pull down and slide 3-4 more times.
You should feel resistance when you do this.

Again! I don't really recommend doing this! it just got me though some gigs before I got my service# and Shipping label.

    **GOOGLE TRANSLATED**
