mixtrack mapping

I am new to the Traktor software as I have come from the Torq realm, maping was quite easy there but here its a totally new ball game. Can anyone point me into the right direction as how to change my kill switches to hotcues? I know that I have to go to the mapping page but from there I am lost.
If someone can let me know the steps to getting one (kill to cue) done Im sure the rest are the same.

Hi there!
Assuming that you are using Traktor Pro, here is how to remap your desired functions:

The first thing you should do is making a backup of your tsi-file. Then go on with these steps:

1. Search for a string named "EQ High Kill" (or mid or low). Delete it (or simply reset it).

2. Next goto "Add in..." --> "Cue/Loops" --> "Select/Set+Store Hotcue"

3. Click "Learn" and press desired button. Click "learn" again.

4. Set the "Type of Controller"-value to "Button", if it isn't already.

5. Choose your Deck-Assignment.

6. Select desired HotCue (1-8) under "Button Options".

7. Repeat for the other Buttons.

8. Have fun with some Beatjuggling...

how would you set delete hotcues? i tried it and couldnt get it to work
