Denon DN-HP700??

Looking into getting some new headphones, my re-loops just gave out. I don't want anything too expensive, I only gig on weekends usually for free. I was thinking the DN-Hp700's looked pretty good, anyone got insight? Or a relatively good/not mega expensive headphone suggestion, no more than 100-120 preferably. Thanks (still getting used to new smileys)
