Help i'm stuck in some mapping !!!

Hi i downloaded the DJ tech tools Mapping for the traktor kontrol S4
But i want to go back in the default version.
I already did this part "Traktor Kontrol S4 -> Default for the original mapping to be loaded."
but i don't konw how to do this part "You will then want to either select the DJTT mapping and take the S4 off the In-Port or just delete the DJTT mapping from the Device listbox."

i cant even get the download file for the s4 mapping, the file that downloads is like an empty file?? is it not worth getting then if your going back to the standard maping?

you don't open it, you go to preference -> Import Than you import twice the file.

i couldn't get back to the default settings so i reinstalled traktor

it doesnt let me select the file that ive downloaded as its a tsi.xml file or sonething?

ive got the mapping loaded into my traktor now, when u want to revert back you should be able to click on the controller manager tab in the settings, the top on the right there is a box called DEVICE if you click on that you should be able to pick the traktor kontrol s4 default setting and shuld go back to standard.

You need to go into the controller manager and on the top there will be a drop down to select which mapping you want to use. After you select that mapping directly to the right of that you'll need to make sure the in and out ports are both set to the S4. It should default that way after you follow the steps to get to S4, but you should still check.

Now, this is the second question you've asked that is easily answered by reading the manual. Traktor is a very feature rich program and you will never understand all that it's capable of without reading the manual. It's located in the documentation folder that installed along with the application.

C'mon man, i am not going to read 321 pages of a manual, it would take days. I just need to know the main function.

Yeah... it's known that everyone who has traktor read the entire 320 pages instead of using the functions that they need

IF you read the hole thing, good for you. when i had the traktor kontrol S4 and jumped to it (by it i don't mean the manual) and used the functions a dj need to know.
all the other settings were not an urgent matter
