NICE! Thanks for the updated link

Being new to Maschine, the pre-listen is going to be much appreciated.

    Awesome

    • Offline time stretching and pitch shifting feature 'bout time. still want an online one, though
    • Transient Master Damn. Who want's to buy my copy?
    • Tape and Tube Saturators Meh. Won't be as good as fabfilter saturn
    • Save group with samples feature Cool
    • Improved handling of missing samples Hunh? People lose samples?
    • Revised select page (hardware) with access to note length
    • Quick select events of a sound in a pattern (Shift + Select + Pad)
    • Quick erase events of a sound in a pattern (Erase + Select + Pad)
    • Pre-hear samples from the hardware browser before loading them
    • Choke all playing sampler voices feature ("panic button": Shift + Mute)
    • Sample play position indicator on the waveform (hardware and software)
    • AutoWrite pinning feature very welcome
    • Various bug fixes

Brilliant news! The list of upcoming features sounds great. I'm really excited about transient master (will it be the integration of the whole NI transient master already available seperately?!), tube and tape saturation, save group with samples feature (!!!) and AutoWrite pinning feature.

I take it you've never migrated a sample folder to another HDD and then loaded up a Maschine project that referenced their old location?

One by one .. it prompts you for a new location, or to just ignore.
The dialog didn't even show the full filename, just the left-most block of the path.

This one should be very handy to increase the portability of maschine projects

Quite like how it's done in Ableton Live where you've got a folder for each project with everything inside.

I mean…that's how I'd share a project with someone else…save and collect samples. That's also probably a better way to back things up too…

As far as moving to another computer……that's what Time Machine is for.
