Formatting SD Card

Anyone know the best free software to use for formatting to FAT32 for it to be compatible with CDJ2000 Nexus'?
Tried Googling but most results point to the same Pioneer post that is a link to a HP USB formatting program, one that I don't understand and one that you have to pay for.

The Windows one is supposed to be dodgy with the CDJs.

Have you tried the windows format utility? Do a quick format to fat32 and try it. It doesn't take very long.
