    Default Massive DPC latency

Hey guys, and sorry in advance for tiring you out with a topic that's probably been discussed a million times over, but now is a time that I find myself in need of somebody with an actual clue about Latency issues.
I've been digital DJing for around 3 years now, and I never had problems with real time audio processing, until I started recording my mixes with Studio One around 6 months ago. I can mix for around 10 minutes before my laptop starts crackling the sh!t out of my speakers, and this rarely happens when I'm not recording. Here's what I've done so far to minimize my latency:
    • I've tried playing around with Traktor's USB buffer and Sample rate, but only managed to get the crackling and audio dropouts to stay away for the first 10 minutes of mixing.
    • I always disable my Network adapters before starting a mix
    • I regulary defrag my HDD, and always keep my drivers up to date.
    • I keep my Anti Virus software (avast) completely disabled whenever I mix
    • Every time before I open Traktor, I run Game booster to close unnescessary processes and services.
    • I made a partition for windows and installed win XP AND Win 7 in hope for a smoother run of Traktor on XP, but unfortunately I never really managed to get Traktor working with Timecode Vinyl on XP.
    • I reinstalled Win7 exactly 3 months ago with a clean reinstall.

I've been told that the Latency issue is present because of USB latency, which is reasonable since I use Traktor Kontrol X1, a USB mouse and an Audio 4 DJ Soundcard. But it cannot be because of that, since I get insanely high Latency spikes without having a single USB device plugged in on Latency Mon.

    Here's some data from LatencyMon
    DPCLAG.jpg(Network adapters on)
    DPCLAG2.jpg(Network adapters off)

LatencyMon indicates that whenever I have no Network adapters enabled, the Driver causing the highest amount of latency is NTOSKRNL.exe, with around 0,2 ms, and whenever I have my Network adapters enabled it is NDIS 6.20 Driver with around 11,98 ms latency. Still, with 0,2ms from NTOSKRNL.exe whenever Network adapters are disabled my laptop finds it extremely hard to manage Audio processing.

If anyone has some good tips to improve the Audio Processing abilities of this piece of crap let me know, I'm starting to get really desperate. My apologies and a thank you in advance!

EDIT: Oh and yes forgive me if I'm not speaking of things with the exact right terms, I'm still quite new to all this audio tech, and I've never been one with the patience and skill to solve this stuff on my own. I mostly prefer to simply Mix, but I guess it never is that easy when technology is involved.
