Pioneer DDJ-SB Not connecting to PC

Hi!
I recently bought a Pioneer DDJ-SB console.
I connected it to pc, perfect lights for 20-30 seconds but CUE buttons flash.
Then it is off and remain lit only CUE buttons flashing.
I use Windows 7 but I tried with several operating systems.
Receive windows message: "Device Unplugged".
I installed all the drivers. The firmware is updated to the latest version.

The big problem is that I tested it on several laptops/pc and controller and works perfectly on other computers. What can I do? It is the fault of my pc?
Other USB devices work perfectly.

Possibly it has to do with your computer's energy settings.
Have a look and check if your usb ports are working properly (look for a software over the net to check them).
Did you do a firmware update on the machine ??
