Default Traktor Kontrol X1 MK2 Loop Knobs Won't show "16" loop

When I turn the loop knobs on my Kontrol X1 MK2, they skip from 8 directly to 32 and won't go to 16. Has anyone else had this problem or know what causes it?

What if you set 16 count loop with your mouse?

It works when I use the mouse, just not the controller. It's worse than I originally thought though. Neither of the play buttons function at all and none of the effects buttons function either. I wrote NI an email but haven't heard back from them yet. I tried installing the latest Traktor update as well as trying another USB cable but neither helped. Seeing as the unit is just over 6 months old, I'm expecting that they'll just replace it. At least that's what I'm hoping because it seems pretty jacked.

OK - but before you do so, did you ensure that only one mapping for your X1 is imported to the controller manager?

When I open Traktor preferences and then go into Controller Manager and click on the Device drop down, there are two lines that both say Kontrol X1 MK2. Is that what you're talking about? I never loaded a second mapping or anything so I don't know why there would be two of them.

Neither of them show what the mapping for them is. I have Keyboard Shortcuts in there too but when I click on it then it lists out what all the commands are. It doesn't do that for My Z1 or either listings for the X1.

Ok - I think that is the problem. Delete/remove both controller mappings and re-plug your X1, that should fix it.

OK thanks I'll try that. Do you know why that happens? Is there a way I can avoid it in the future? The Traktor decks froze up on me in the middle of my set on Saturday night. Luckily I had a couple USB sticks with me and quickly switched to the CDJs that we had but it still sucked.
