Exclamation Can't map SHIFT button on VCI-380

Hi everyone, it's been a while!

Recently I bought a VCI-380. At the moment I'm mapping it in Traktor, but it really gives me a headache...
I have been mapping my SHIFT key on the left deck (A) as Modifier #2 (Modifier #1 being the jog scroll/load A/B button in the middle of the unit).
Somehow I can't seem to get it working... The weird thing is: shift works perfectly when I map the shift button (modifier 2) as a direct knob instead of a hold knob.. However this is not what I want it to be...
    Perhaps I'm just missing something.
    I included some screenshots:

I hope someone can help me!

Try to midi learn the same hotcue while the Shift button is pressed. Since that is a Serato controller Vestax might hard coded the shift button to switch the midi channel or set another pair of notes (Pioneer does this too - it's nice option when you map a software which isn't supported by modifiers).
