    Default Looking to Map Traktor button to scroll playlist?

    what is the mapping for when you're scrolling through the songs in the playlist, but then i want to map a "back" button to take me to the side "tree" so i can then scroll through the playlists? seems so simple, i just kind find what the mapping is called!

    thanks!

    This!
    You should also consider adding one "Toggle Type" Modifier if you wish to switch between your Tree and List browsers

    Modifier #1 / if M1=0 / then M1=1
    Modifier #1 / if M1=1 / then M1=0

    sorry lads, but you just blew my mind lol. i'm used to adding in like two-three lines, and making an LED out hahaha this is super confusing. let me just make sure i get it.

    I am using a Gemini G2V for my backup controller.

    It has a main rotary knob that lets my scroll up and down inside a playlist for my tracks, and then when I press it, it is mapped to go into fullscreen browse.

    Below it there is a button for "back" but at this time it's not mapped to anything because i want to add that function to scroll between my playlist up and down, and then press that rotary knob and go into the playlist. how do i get the knob (with the pressing for selecting) and the "back" button to all work together?

    haha sounds like I'm asking a tonne of work...thank you! my mapping is located here if you want to see what I have or don't have if this helps any. complete new here, first mapping ever.

    Lolz !!

    I totally get what you're trying to map there! I've mapped that feature before, was on the Reloop BM2 me thinks...

    If you could read out the midi note for the "Back" button I might be able to nerd it out and map that for you really easy (yes, I don't own GV2 :P )

    Ch.4.midi.something??

    so that's the combo i'm going with!

    Ch04.CC.030 = Knob turn
    Ch04.Note.F0 = knob press
    Ch04.Note.F#0 = Back Button Press

    haha i gotta hand it to you advanced mappers, it's like a language to learn!

    Alright, I managed to check the mapping today. As a result I made two mapping files.

    1. Scroll List/Tree
    2. Scroll List/Favorites (or playlists if you like)

    Choose to import the one you prefer. After the installation you will see a two parts of the G2V TSI. Reason I've added a new map was leak of the free modifiers in your original file. Just make sure that the In-Port for the second part is set to G2V and you should be good.

    2015-08-29_0-14-56.jpg --> Pic says "NONE" since I don't have G2V to select as controller

    Here is the files Gemini GV2 edit.zip

    Hope this helps
