    Default Non-responsive touch-action on VCI-100 jog wheels

    Hi guys.

When I rigged up to play last weekend I experienced that my jog wheels didn't respond to my touch. The light did turn red from blue, but I couldn't search my tracks (Eans latest TSI) nor make it respond to the actions that required touch-action. I tried to fasten the jog wheels (as the video to fix a stuck jog wheel shows), but it didn't help.

Do you have any ideas to this error?

I wouldn't like to stand at the next gig and search my tracks by the mouse pad again!

There's a sensitivity screw on the back of the VCI. You can try that, but be careful, the screws are sensitive.

This is a stupid answer but you never know. Did you try unplugging it and plugging it in again?
