Default need some traktor mapping help

soo i went into my local music store today to buy a rca cable and a saw a machine and x1 on sale and ended up buying em.

i'm having some trouble mapping them they way i want too however wand was hoping someone could help me out i already have a s4 and want to map my x1 to some functions

i know some of these will sound stupid but id really appreciate you help

    a) basically i have four folders i use for djing and i want to map 1 button to open each folder. (lol i know i know)

    b) is it possible to assign buttons to turn on effects that are not already selected? basically sometimes i want to use an effect thats not already selected, but i have to go to the scroll down menu and choose it, and by the time i turn it on the moment in which i wanted to use it has passed.

    c) if b) can't be done can i atleast map a button to open the scroll down menu? (i have some beef with my laptops mouse)

    d) is it possible to make it so that if i press a button a certain combination of effects will be set up?

i know some of this stuffs kinda lame but if you show me how i would go about mapping this stuff i'd really appreciate it (tried using the learn button and didn't work with the folders nor the effects =\)

    thanks!!

It may not be exactly what you want, but you'll learn a lot about mapping and what Traktor can do.
