Default TP2: Loop not aligned to the grid mark

    Hello,
Using Traktor Pro 2 I am no longer able to get the loop automatically aligned to the nearest grid mark, by pressing any loop size button (2-4-8-16-32). Then the loop could be started anywhere between 2 grid marks and not perfectly aligned on a beat, making a very unpleasant loop effect.
I tried all the setting available, nothing fixed this ( I never got this issue with Traktor pro or Traktor S4). Very annoying as I can not trust the loop process anymore to do it on a live deck (need to first use the move-loop-fine option to aligne the loop to a grid mark). Anyone with a solution by any chance?

snap on: that's the first thing I checked -> not fixing the issue...
I mean, even with : Transport - Mouse Control - snap enabled, creating a loop clicking on a loop size does not get it aligned....

With snap turned on it should def do it....thats really weird. How about dropping cue points does it drop them anywhere instead of on the grid like it does normally with snap on? I have t2 and I'm not having an issue

Thank you Manchild for taking time to answer.....
In fact you were right I didn't enable the correct Snap (I was enabling the mouse control snap, not the Snap right below the browse knob).
Once this snap enabled, loop are correctly aligned.
