Default Mapping Jogwheels 'like vinyl' in Traktor

Hi, I'm using a custom made mapping in traktor pro.
It's doing great, but I can't map the jogwheels like I prefer.
I used to run vinyl, and when you put your hand on the turntable it stops, you're able to seek your position forward or backward and when you release your hand, the music starts again.
Now I try to emulate the same in traktor. I tried command 'Seek Position' and Jog Turn but that doesnt help.
Jog Turn only slow down to a 42% (why 42, some setting?)?, but the music continues to play. I need it to stop completely when I hold the jogwheel, and continu to play only when I release it.

Any advice here? I'm probably looking over a very evident setting?

I don't know a lot about scratch but you might wanna try:

Flux mode might be involved? left click on the button "focus deck X" (deck letter)

Are you using traktor scratch pro or traktor pro?

Seek position is the equivalent of lifting the needle and moving it around the record so not exactly what you want.

Jog Turn is what you want, it works best with relative commands like jogwheels, you might just need to tweak the sensitivity to the right value for your device so you don't get label slip. You map this to turning the jogwheel (without touching the top)

Jog Touch On is the equivalent of putting your hand on the record to stop it or lifting it to resume playback. You'd map this to the message your controller sends when you touch the top of the jogwheel. If you only map Jog Turn without mapping Touch On it's basically like adjusting the record to beat match rather than scratching (since the record isn't stopping).
