i use windows calender, because thats what i use for the rest of my schedual.

i have a lovely manager who calls me up a couple days before hand to remind me. other than that i use outlook. it sync's to my phone.

I organize everything through Gmail, but pretty much everything's in my head :-) Not necessarily a good thing
