    Default Possible to swap channels?

    Hello all,

Been trying to work this out and I'm sure I read somewhere that it could be done.

I want my vinyl decks in Traktor to be decks A & B or at least appear where they currently are if it's possible!

    Thanks!

Sorry I don't really understand the question, what is the situation and what are you trying to do?

Doesn't that only swap the audio and not in the program? E.g. Track C is still in the same position?

I am using the S4 and 2 1200's connected to channels C and D for DVS.

I went into the swap channels in the menu, and my 1200's are now deck A and B in the decks on the screen and on the channel fader on my S4.

Is this what you want to do?

    Yeah that's right. Hmm, ok.

I tried yesterday and I'm sure they didn't swap. But I'll try again. Thanks for your help

Yeah, it worked when I tried it a few days ago. Very happy. Thanks

Although the pitch is still constantly fluctuating, I'm guessing this is just something that Traktor does?

Glad you got the channels all sorted out.

It will always fluctuate when using turntables, but should only be slightly.

For example, if the BPM is 128.05 on a track,
it is normal for it to go to 128.04, or 128.06 or maybe even 128.07/128.03.

    Is this what's happening?

If it is fluctuating more than that, your turntable could be the problem.

If it is only fluctuating as I stated above, you can go to the Settings and change the way the BPM is displayed. I believe they have one called steady BPM.

    Hope this helps.

It fluctuates by about .10 - .15 bpms at all times? That's on both decks, same model, needles etc.

Couldn't see steady BPM in settings?
