So the problems i'm having is that, my MF3d's firmware accidently got set to remix decks for osx though i'm on a windows pc so now the MF utility won't even pick up the MF. How would I reset it to allow me to change it back since it won't let me do a factory reset.

second problem i'm having is that for some reason the motion sensors aren't responding on any mapping I use with it, which baffles me because the last time i used my MF it worked fine.
