Using a DDJ-SX with both Serato DJ and Traktor

If I map the DDJ-SX so I can use Traktor, will I still be able to use Serato DJ?

Yes, you will still be able to use Serato DJ with it. The mapping only affects how the program interprets the messages that the controller sends.

Thanks for the infi. I just want to be clear. Once I map to Trakor I can still use Serato DJ, but will it be using the new settings or the original setting. Will the DDJ-SX toggle between the settings based on which software is being used. That would be ideal.

You will need to change a setting on the controller though when switching from serato to traktor or vice versa. I use my ddj-sr with serato and traktor and it works fine. The change of the setting is the only thing to worry about apart from the traktor mapping (of which are several available).
