Recording mixes with reloop tape usb recorder

I am about to invest in the Pioneer XDJ R1 but it does not allow you to record your mixes, unless of course you set it up to a laptop which is hassle to me. I dont be using a laptop with this system. I then came across a nifty little gadget called the 'reloop tape usb recorder'. Its quite pricey but is there any alternative to let me record my mixes on a USB? Thankyou

Tascam and Zoom make a range of recorders with many more features and options, at similar price points to the Reloop Tape.
