When I turn on and off the works again to go out. All light LEDs are still light, even when it switches off. The sound is not affected by it.

User Macbook (white) and tractor pro version 1.2, has loaded the latest tsi file from dj tech tools

Have tried to change cable, but the problem is still there

hope you could help .... Because it is important for me to trust my vci.

    one thread would've been sufficient..

did you upgrade yourself? if so, maybe you didn't connect everything right..

do you have a second computer (or mac) to test if it's really the vci?

I have no fault on the screen.

I would try using a power adaptor and see if that works first.

Next I would open the case and check that the piece of cardboard which sits accross the bottom of the circuit board by the USB connector is no missing.

If you have the ability- you should try out the controller with another computer. THis will isolate the problem and determin if its a local thing or if the controller itself has problems.

You might then try different USB ports as it sounds like a power problem. I had this problem once while spinning on a float with dirty power from a generator.
