Hi all,

I'm new here and I'm having some issues with the gear I just bought. Here is my equipment :

- Macbook late 2011 13" El Captain OS
- Traktor Pro 2.2
- 2 x DJ Tech Kontrol One
- 1 DJ Tech DJM 303 Mixer

My problem is that my computer recognised 4 devices on the midi management software (2 sound out on the Mixer) but the two Kontrol One do not turn on, the power seems off but it is recognised by my computer so it should work. I tried mapping it on Traktor but it still doesn't work. These two controllers are powered on by USB on a USB hub that is powered by an adapter so it receives enough power.

Do you have any idea on what I should do to be able to use the two Kontrol One controllers ? Maybe someone has the same configuration I have and can help me ? I'm kinda desperate right here, thought it would work more easily... Many thanks !
