Hercules RMX FX / low, Mid, High problem

Hi there,
First post on here. Probably something simple.
I have a Hercules RMX with Traktor Pro on my Laptop - all correctly mapped and been running fine for a couple of years.
On saturday, halfway through my set I was messing with some Effects when my High, Mid and Low knobs suddenly stopped working and started controlling the effects instead of the EQ.
Now I can't seem to get it back to normal.
