Default Shift modifier midi mapping in RekordBox?

    Hey,

I'm setting up a controller midi map in Rekordbox.. is it possible to use a shift button as a modifier so that I get an extra layer of buttons?

I can see it's not as in depth as Traktor but it should at least have some sort of basic modifier?

Sadly no but you could set up modifier buttons with a little help of Bome's Midi Translator software.

I gues they don't care about adding those because their controllers have a hardware shift buttons built in to controllers. Maybe in the future

Very odd I just been messing and tried it again, it worked! It didn't the first time round.

I am mapping my X1 Mk1 to it.. holding shift and then pressing another pad sends a different midi note to RB
