Saw this guy on eBay, seems to be a Japanese. Anyone have purchase items from him? Although it's not a SE but really want a Black Plate version of VCI-100.

Yes, I bought one from him a couple of weeks ago and everything was fine apart from getting hit with a £30 customs import charge...

I live in the UK and it took a week to get to my door. The tracking showed it spent four days in customs. Go here http://www.post.japanpost.jp/english/index.html click the 'Track and Trace' link and then EMS Item No Search with the tracking number he gave you to see where your sisters is.

I used to live in Japan, it takes about 4 - 5 days by EMS from main land japan to get to L.A. For MIA I would say at least 1 week.
