CDJ 200's and Audio Interfaces

If I use the CDJ 200's with an audio interface for my laptop, do I loose the ability to use the cue button on the CDJ with, say, Traktor?

you should not since you will be using control cd's.
When you hit your Cue the track will return to the beginning of your track as if it were on the cd itself.

Can I loop within Traktor with the CDJ aswell? And cue from a point set within Traktor?
