Yeah the Maschine does look really good. But you gotta put the time in to get maschine to do all that. The X1s work out of the box and its that intuitive workflow thats crucial here.

I certainly wouldnt put anyone off a Maschine its the reason why i dont get enough sleep and the thing my girlfriend would most like to throw in the river out front of the house !!!

The x1 is an amazing deal, for the money, which is why its so attractive to many people.

I guess there are 2 times of commodities: Money, and Time.

Since money isnt an issue, I assume time is.

If you want a great system out of the box, the X1 will definitly give you that. The 1D *might* also give you that, and the faders might be more production friendly.

yea i would probably use dj endos mapping and just tweak a few things if i were to get the maschine

i went with other, my set-up is perfect for me as it is
