Default Midi Mapping a CDJ Jog in Traktor

I asked for help at Pioneer & NI Forums. Last I heard people would check and get back, but that's been a good 24 hours, so I'm taking a more pro-active stance.

Got a CDJ-350. No HID file. No TSI file. No love. I can map everything I need except the jog shuttle. I set it to Tempo Bend, type encoder. Traktor gets the messages and bends properly but it "sticks" after that. The pitch bend icon is illuminated (gotta click on it to not be bending). What fundamental nugget am I missing?

EDIT: I believe I can import a CDJ-400 TSI file but would prefer not to. I want to win this battle.

Here's the midi output from a healthy spin:
    Code:
    20:49:45.750	From PIONEER CDJ-350	Control	1	General Purpose 1 (fine)	55
    20:49:45.766	From PIONEER CDJ-350	Control	1	General Purpose 1 (fine)	51
    20:49:45.782	From PIONEER CDJ-350	Control	1	General Purpose 1 (fine)	50
    20:49:45.814	From PIONEER CDJ-350	Control	1	General Purpose 1 (fine)	54
    20:49:45.830	From PIONEER CDJ-350	Control	1	General Purpose 1 (fine)	57
    20:49:45.846	From PIONEER CDJ-350	Control	1	General Purpose 1 (fine)	62
    20:49:45.862	From PIONEER CDJ-350	Control	1	General Purpose 1 (fine)	64

In case anyone else gets stuck w/ this Scratch + Tempo Bend is what you want. As long as the track is playing, it won't scratch... or so it seems.
