The best VCi 100 jog wheel sensitivty?

I want to learn how to scratch with my vci 100 i currently have the settings for the jog wheels on full just wondered if anyone knows the optimal settings for scratching.

I will never say never but, you are probably setting yourself up for disappointment... I think. Punctuation is a beautiful thing and would let us know if you know how to scratch already, and want to learn on your VCI-100, or if you want to learn and VCI-100 is your main controller.

There's a video on Youtube showing someone do it. I believe that video stated there's a nasty delay. It's possible, but hard. Like trying to learn how to ride a bicycle on a unicycle. But, that video which I can't seem to find now goes through the settings, if memory serves.
