Added some oil to the fuel.

These people sound like a lot of DJs I know, which I didn't invite to our holy Midi Fight Club because that would just be a disgrace.

It's really funny to see the thread quickly turn into an us and them (to be fair it seemed like there were only really 2 people doing the "anti button pushing" responses).
What they all seemed to forget (or ignored IMO) is that the point of this video was to really showcase what was possible with Midifighters in general by having two set up with the "Deckalized" mapping? This is a product that DJTT and Ean have developed from an idea through to production and utilisation of software for functionality (ie Traktor), he is extending the possibilities of his product. Good on him I say?
They are all going on like he is promoting this as the end of turntable mixing, just buy midifighters? No, I think we all realise that this is not the case, I actually feel sorry for them that this hits so much of a nerve and they are so set in their ways that they don't realise what is out there!!!

Hahahaha, just read the bit where that guy said "there are infinite things you can do with a turntable!". Yeah, cos my 1200's came packed with effects, looping, waveforms, kitchen sink, cure for cancer and the meaning of life.
    Infinite fail.

There is little point getting involved in these discussions. Some people are just 'change-averse'.

Hm, guess I'll have to install the latest Traktor patch. The one I have doesn't have the last few features.

I lurk on the Serato forum quite a lot.

Let me tell these idiots are NOT as few and far between.
Of course most SSL uses are cool but there is a cuture on that board of pissing on anything non-serato, much much more so than on the NI board.

I've been slagged off by name.
I've read many little digs at djtts on there.

Even when they aren't slagging NI or Traktor or DJTTs or controllerism and microwave djs they are slagging something or someone else. They piss and moan just about everything.

My Serato using friends hate that board.
My Serato using friends think Traktor is cool cus they aren't stuck in a mindset.

The most massive MEH !!! it's possible to do.

The wierd thing is the Serato forums also contain the Serato "Itch" forums, ....which don't seem to have any of the attitude problems that the "scratch" forums have!
