Glad your sound issue was resolved. There are folks on the interwebs that think the keylock in Traktor is fine, others think it's crap. I think it's crap. I put an entire thread bout it, even wondering if the hiQ and Eco modes were swapped, got 1 response
See if switching the modes of keylock changes the way the kick is handled. I also found that keylock messes with the transients making bass kicks sound flabby and making it clip easier.

I was surprised to say the least. I will try changing around the settings, however I like the extra element of now really having to think about shifting keys when adjusting pitch... Ill only end up a better DJ for it, Not to say keylock dosnt have it uses but this sound I was getting really was doing my head in, I would end up finishing on the decks all flustered...
