Tomorrow is 8th of Nov, where is my tracking number, DJTT??

Haze324's wasn't showing up in tracking either. It just showed up for him yesterday in Iraq.

Well...this is slightly unnerving! I've stuck with DJTT the whole time, because I've taken away so much from this site and I want to support a good group of people. With that being said, I've e-mailed them a few times about how shipping kept getting pushed back. They've always been friendly, helpful, and prompt with the e-mails however, so no complaints there.

Late Monday evening I received a tracking number that said my package would be delivered today, November 11th. However, the status of the package has stayed as "Billing Information Received" ever since I was sent the tracking number. According to the UPS website, this means that my package was never received for shipment by UPS....? I'm hoping this is just a mistake on their website and that my S4 will be here today, but I called DJTT to figure this out and due to the time zones it's after hours.

Anyone else have this issue of their tracking status staying at "Billing Information Received"? If so, did you receive your package before the status ever changed? Kind of defeats the purpose of a tracking number....but I just want my S4!

Did you pay for shipping or did you get the free shipping? I think the free shipping is done through USPS but the tracking is done by UPS? At least, that's what I was able to get from the email. My TMA-1s I paid for UPS hoping to get them the same day as the S4, but I won't, and I have tracking info for that.

I also have a question about my S4 shipping. Zach sent an email to me 9th Nov that my S4 will be shipped on Wednesday. Guess what?? The status of USPS is still "Electronic Shipping Info Received" after two days. Is this normal or means that my s4 is still not received by USPS?

In my experience it can take a couple of days for USPS to update their info, there's a good chance it has in fact shipped.

USPS did the same thing to mine and it udpated was the day it was delivered to me. Also note that I'm in Baghdad and it made it perfect.

But yeah I had the same issue and it arrived in 7-10 days which is normal for this part of the world.

I think USPS does a horrible job with tracking their packages. When I sell on ebay I use them and everything arrives in great condition but you can forget tracking it until it arrives.

You can track with USPS but you have to pay extra for it. Even then it's not as good as UPS or FedEx tracking.
