running gigabit lan I should be able to grab music from the network with ease. I have since installed a wired network connection and things have gotten better. I find PC a risk though somethimes it just crashes and I think its because once I get into a down spot of my mix and I get out the heavy effects it goes nuts.
I am going the mac route!

Same issues here
I am having the same issues. i have optimized my system, disabled almost everything & it have no effect at all. I ran Pro for over a year with 4 midi devices & never had an issue. Ive been fighting with this for two weeks now. really a pain in the ass. Ive been pricing out MBP all morning. I havnt pulled the trigger yet but Im almost there
