Agreed. I reaaaaally want to go there, you wouldn't even believe!!!

Up my way (Newfoundland, Canada) there is literally 2 after hours bars on the whole island!! And they play nothing but electro, house and tech house. You will never hear anything deep, techno, or trance EVER. But I dont really care because I prefer electro and house anywas haha.

The house culture is pretty rich given the population tho, alot of DJ's like this place for what it is. Lots of big names have been here Deadmau5, Wolfgang etc. and people are willing to pay good money to see them. I guess thats what it all comes down too. But in all reality we just dont have the population and the economy here is not up to par with alot of other places in Canada, so big expensive clubs are pretty much non-existant for the most part.

+1 for Ibiza!! The clubs are on a different level.
Not seen one mention of Miami for the WMC - that place rocks - albeit for a very short period of time.

And being from the UK i also have to mention that some of the cities in the north of England also know how to party.... and hard!!

I'll throw in my home, Tokyo, for the following reasons

    1) No last call (anywhere... you can go buy booze at 5AM on your way home)
    2) Japanese pay up, so top talent always comes here. Womb Adventure is tomorrow (Plastikman, Carl Craig, Dexpistols, etc.) and Dubfire is coming in about 2 weeks. And that's not even the summer.
    3) Local talent is still pretty good, although I miss the guys from the old days

Downside (or upside for some) is you can smoke anywhere too, so you will always reek of cigarettes when you get home.

    Default It has to be

It's got to be London. Us brits drink like no others. However that can be a bad thing. The drinking age is 18 people normally start about 16. Well the hot girls get in at that age. SoHo in London is nice and cheap. Then you have other areas that are alot more pricey. However you generally get what you pay for. You can also find every type of music you can dream of. Detroit Techno sir, I know just the place.

However there are many other great music cities in the UK. Liverpool is a prime example. I think a rather famous band came from there??!! lol. Manchester is also a pritty good place.

I am personally from Leeds aka student city. I think the club culter is pritty rubbish here. It is pop most places you go. However most nights you can find somewhere decent.

While this is true, at what cost does it come??

I have personally never been. But know many people who have.

Iv been told to get into any of the superclubs in San antonio i.e Eden, amnesia ect is 20e+ and that a bottle of water for example is 7e.

Personally i would not be willing to pay these prices. Well i would have no problem paying the cover charge if the acts, djs are what i want to see. But 7e for a bottle of water is ludacris.

Their are however many free 'underground' clubs i hear

    my 2cents on ibiza
    I play everything Indie/ Rock/ HipHop/ Cheese/ Electro/ Dubstep and anything that sounds good

NYC was amazing back in the mid 90s to early 2000. Then everything went into this stupid popularity contest of bottle service and smaller venues. Larger venues closed due to drug related issues and other offenses.

Ya I have friends living in LA and no one wants to leave. Theres this movie calles The Boys and Girls Guide to Getting Down which was filmed there and takes a lot from the scene.

I would love to go to London and/or Berlin but I only speak English and Spanish and if I go there I might want to stay for a while getting a job or somethig. That may be a bit hard thou.
