Denon SC 2000 controller

I'm considering making a 4 deck tsi where the left controller's FX section controls FX 1 & 3 and the right controller's FX section controls FX 2 & 4. I'm really busy over the holiday and into January so I probably won't get to it until late January. Is anybody else interested in this kind of layout? Also just curious if anybody see's any reason this would be problematic? Happy Holidays guys.

Not completely sure, but i think it's already been done ... but we can all work on that if it hasn't it could be very useful

I took class of 14 year olds through a 1 hour course yesterday, they had absolutley no problem with the unit.

Before attacking the device, learn how to use traktor (traktor Bible is a brilliant start esp. the section on LEDS), make sure you are at the latest version of TP... V1.2.7 (lower versions and cracked copies have many faults in them).

Let the forum know exactly want you are trying to achieve instead of saying its "crap" etc. you may in fact be trying to do the impossible, or another user may have already solved that configuration.

As for the wonky fader, i have two here and they are both running "true", perhaps yours was dropped, or maybe it's slipped in the mounting ... but return it to Denon I am sure they will give you another one by return post.

I am using the lastest version of T-Pro 1.2.7

1. Ummm there is NO info in Traktor Bible to explain how to implement LED feedback with the SC2000

2.Ummmm there IS a PROBLEM with the pitch fader as many have posted about it....and now Denon has officially stated that the will be releasing a firmware upgrade sometime in Jan. to rectify it.

3.If your going to sit here and take the time to write how you've schooled 14 year old children on how to map the SC2000 with Traktor Pro....Ummm perhaps you could explain here on this thread?

4.With all this banter about the SC2000...Not one person has come forward with a usable solution on how to map the LEDs with Traktor Pro....Including Denon. Not even the Denon forums have any usable explanation.
