I would probably consider that, the design was just a photoshop mock up, and i am continuing with the modification just saving funds and learning as much of the plan before I just go about trying it. I'm really just looking for input and advice before I do it.

Mimicry is the sincerest form of flattery. I just figured it was okay if it was a different color, if its a problem I can change it!

Sorry, no sarcasm there, I am flattered. I love the fact you got the arcade button used in the MF's, I might have to mimic you. ^.^

Edit: This project looks really sick, hope you keep it up. As others said, it'll either be large or crowded. I would consider a slightly more wide setup, maybe the arcade buttons with the knobs on top of them, then in the middle just have the faders (including the cross, although I personally would scratch the crossfader or find another use for it because I don't scratch nor have use for it).

Edit Edit: Sick and can't sleep, got bored and photoshopped an idea for this project. I like where your going, but if I was doing this I would probably go for something like this, hope this inspires you a bit (just 2 eq, just highs and lows). Like my bubble font? xD

dude this looks sick! bubble font is awesome lol

my xsession pro just got a lot more attractive... curious as to how easily those knobs can be repositioned. in the photo on page 1 it looked like they were pretty well built-into the CB.

also how easily can one solder an arcade button to the tactile button pad? does that button mechanism need to be removed? i'm getting ideas...

Yea, I'm unsure as to how the knobs are positioned in the X-sessions's board. I don't own one so I can't help out a whole lot there, sadly I'm unable to fund any pictures of the front of the X-session board. ;-/

Indeed. . .I like where this is going! There are a few ideas on the boards that could tie this one together.

Definitely keeping my eye on this one!
