    citronic used to make bits of kit just like that, i have seen a few at various record fairs, but they're all belt drive....

    keeping to the 70's theme, as an avid record collector a few years ago i also picked up a Technics SL1200 mark one of the same vintage, before the addition of the pitch slider and stop start buttons of the MK2. i'll post pics if anyones interested

    Since when did transistors sound warm?

    Haha, YES! I have one of those too! My dad bought it back when they were new and it still works a charm. Has little knobs for adjusting the tempo, one knob for the 33 and one for the 45 yeah?

    is it touch sensitive?

    and are the lights midi mappable? i want to make them turn off when i hit play
