In Bristol (for stuff I like) I'd say

DJ Cheeba - Ninja Tune resident and one of the best A/V DJs I've ever seen. Saw him absolutely blow Peanut Butter Wolf of the stage last year, it was amazing.

DJ Moneyshot - Another Ninja resident, and mixtape king. Loads of freebie downloads on his site as well.

Boca 45 - Epically good funk selector and one half of The Beekeepers with ...

Parker - another Cardiff refugee, and the man responsible for the "Where's My Monkey" mash a couple of years back.

and that's very much just my scene, there are some massively good DnB/Dubstep DJs/Producers. Apparently we've even got some good psytrance for the freaks that like things like that ...
