firmware 1.3 midi programming

Somebody know how to assign the filter into a EQ Low.
Ean gave the filter extra functionallity before tpro, but now I want to make it a low EQ
I tried everything to change it (midi learn wont work),I think it has Ctl 33 and
Ctl 34 and F0.
