Need Help First real controller

I returned my first S4 to GC and they didn't give me any issues. Hell, the manager replaced it and was friendly about it. Just said if I had any more issues just bring it back and they'll change it out, extending my 1 month return policy by another month. It was really cool of him. Told him I just wanted to replace the unit itself with another one, and that was that. And for some crazy reason the 2nd S4 I got came with 2 CD's lol - so I suppose I'll have 2 TP2's? Not sure how good that will do me haha.

Yeah, that's the only thing I don't like about their warranty. =/

What about if i got an Audio2DJ and APC40 mapped to Traktor then as i get more gigs get a S4? Also might get a better laptop with an intel cpu seeing as how it's far more supported than amd in the music area

I've seen success reports with AMD & S4. I think you overrate.

if it's a money issue - dude, do as suitable, idk. APC40 + A2DJ will work fine and costs relatively less. I'd also think for a second hand VCI-100 instead of the APC40, it's the same price range. Add a cheap LPD8 to the VCI and it's even better!

All and all, do the maths to see if you won't end up paying about the price of the S4 when you get Traktor Pro 2 license on top of the hardware. And remember that you HAVE TO BE SATISFIED. If you're not really satisfied, you may not enjoy it!
