not quite. you would probably go WOOO over the visuals even if there weren't any - which is fun - but you also might see stuff you didn't want to see ("omg wtf the waveform is spilling out of the left side of the laptop display!!1"), not to mention the synaesthesia which can get quite confusing when you're handling dj equipment. just take my word on that.

I haven't even thought about that game in years! It was pretty rad. I seem to remember a fair amount of mind-altering substances being abused at that time, however.
