Digital DJ Tips just favourited this video, Funktion One founder Tony Andrews talking about their stuff and music quality in general. Found it interesting and I thought I'd share, I also put a poll on cos I love them

What do you think? He has some interesting things to say, and to give him respect I must say I do love funktion one sound systems. There's a club here in barcelona called Macarena with a massive one in a really tiny space, and the quality's outstanding.

That said, I personally think he's going too far by saying that mp3s are toys and are killing music appreciation. For me, a 320 is just fine. How many people really go to a club expecting to have studio quality audio?

I put 256, but I'll often buy 192k stuff since my show is broadcast at 192k.

well when you say 'anything below', do you mean as far as 128? cos 128 can sound reeeeeally shit on a good sound system.
