I was all excited after buying 13 tracks the other night thinking I would not have to key/grid them, but they were not pre gridded... I guess that might be why

Do they have they tell people what key the tracks are in now ? That would be pretty dope.

I understood that tracks where now supposed to be gridded and have key info. I'm not sure if this meant all tracks or just ones released since the new beatport opened.

Am I the only one having trouble fully browsing this site?

    I've tried the following:

    Clearing cache
    Resetting browser defaults
Setting browser security settings to lowest level
    Uninstalling/reinstalling Flash
    Uninstalling/reinstalling Java
Disabling Anti-Virus and Web Browsing Security in the Anti Virus app (Avast)
    Uninstalling Anti-Virus
    Uninstalling/reinstalling Firefox
    RebootRebootRebootReboot

Although Im due for a reformat, I'd reeeeeeeeally rather not do that for simply browsing the effing Beatport site.

Im running Windows XP SP3 and last ran an update about a week ago. Im connecting wirelessly on my home network. My wife's computer seems to browse the site fine. I wrote beatport support, let them know that I've not purchased from their site in almost 3 weeks as a result and they told me to...........................clear my cache.... (yea thanks...)

I know this is not a troubleshooting thread but Im desperate here guys. Is there anybody else having the same issue?

I too cannot search on the new beatport. Did not try fix this behaviour though because it's not my favorite source for new tracks. I'm using FF3 and Vista.

I'll be reformatting tonight (reluctantly) since its time to do this anyway.

I'll let you know what my results are.

I've never liked flash based sights. They take forever to load and their compatibility issues are a pain. Give me a sight that works, is easy to navigate and one where the content is streamlined.

I'll take a solid Itunes app that asks me to update every month but works 100% of the time with 99% of the users out there over pretty pictures and animations any day.
