Hi all! I have always loved music and recently tried my hand at mixing a little bit. I have been using a Hercules MK4 to practice on but I recently purchased a S4 for a more complete package and better software (no offense Virtual DJ!). I figure I introduced myself to you nice folks and if anyone has any tips it would be greatly appreciated! I seriously have no idea what I am doing and hoping the DVD tutorial that comes with my S4 gives me some light on how to use the S4 with Traktor lol!

Hi, and welcome to the wonderful world of S4 ownership!
Best tips I can give are
#1 Read the manual. (and TPro manual)
Practice using the S4 by going through the maual and learning the functions as you go.
#2 Get the Traktor Bible and read it.
#3 Have FUN!
#4 Search these forums, NI's forums, and the DJTT blog for any questions about TPro, or KS4.
