I'm not randomly hating, I used Microsoft products for a long long time with a relatively low number of problems I couldn't solve by myself or via support.

I did call/email support, I was on the subject for 2 months. Long story short:
1º Account got blocked and I can't acess it via any user recovery modes (I never got notified the motive of the block)
2º "We don't have that username registered in our database"
3º I try to register it again since it's supposed to be available: Username taken.
4º fffffffuuuuuuuuuuuu

id be surprised if you didnt get a response within a day. they have about 100 microsoft mvp's and mcse's monitoring that forum that all work at microsoft
