Since I already have a NI Audio 2, I thought I should only buy the Xone:22 and the X1 for now (money is tight too). Would you buy this set-up if you were a beginner? Any tips? Thanks in advance!

Well considering you already have an audio interface, and are looking roughly around $500...
Xone 22: ~$299
X1: ~199
I'd really recommend the VCI-100SE. For the price, and considering you already have the interface, I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better beginner setup. At $499 new from the store, or you can get a used one for a bit cheaper.
You can always add an X1 later on, and this way you'd have platter control and all the glory which is the DJTT mappings. I've not had one myself, but sorely tempted in the past to get one.
Really though, for that price range that's what I'd suggest.
I'm from Portugal, so the VCI-100SE it's not a viable option. If I were to buy one from the USA, I'd still have to pay customs taxes.

replace the xone:22 with a vmc-002xl if you can, but yeah…sounds good.
yea that's a good beginner set. I had that. It also leaves room for you to eventually go the DVS route if you desired.

i think getting the xone 22 and an x1 is a great begginers setup. it's very open to new routes to add to your setup.
