Those little things are pretty cool. I can't wait for netbooks or tablets to have enough power to handle these programs, I really don't feel that 15inch laptops are all that suitable for DJing.

Sort of. It's the trusty Expedit with a lack shelf with captia angled legs.

Still working on it. Going to use some artwork to cover the back back so you don't see the wires.

As for having a lot of money. Hmm. Not too sure about that one. I don't really spend my money on much other things. No kids. Just me and my beau so I guess I invest in music.

Cool. The desk is a pretty standard ikea hack. I'm designing some custom art work to fill up the see thru sections of the expedit so you can't see the wires through the back.

It will be prints of my biggest influences in music.

    1. Bjork
    2. Wu-Tang
    3. DJ AM
    4. Bad Religion

Not enough spaces on the expedit for my other favorites. Beethoven, Radiohead, Phoenix Orion, CCR, John Cage, etc.

Before I get heat about the DJ AM choice. I picked him because he was one of the first to start using DVS and open to new technology. If I would pick my favorite DJ it would be DJ Shadow or DJ Hercules.

I have a lot of respect for dj am what hes done with "pop" songs is remarkable... I know he has a lot of haters but he is honestly one of the reasons I (coming from a rock backround) got into dj'ing after seeing some of his sets from vegas

Word. Yeah. Anyone who has seen him live can vouch for how complex some of his mixing is. I got to see him at a dive bar here in LA. I was right in front of him, could have reach over and touched his tables. He was a machine.
