It was the distribution thing yes. Soundware ended up sourcing one from Vestax Germany they said.

I had a bit of a session with my new VCI last night and i must say i frikkin love it, and thats only using it with Traktor 3 LE !!!
Can't wait to get PRO and all the FX goin !!!

Man, it get's sooo much better when using Pro with Ean's tsi.
Be prepared for countless hours of fun!!!
Sorry to hear about the bs Westend gave you. I was also recommending them to everyone not long ago. Didn't realize they pulled those kind of tactics.
