Special to the midi notes sent by Midifighter. Not sure if that's possible for you.

That's one of the special things the DJTT firmware update does. It adds a midi note at the bottom and top of the fader range.

There may be a way to do it with Bomes or some other software that sits between Traktor and your controller. I'm beginning to think there was a thread talking about it.

You can come close with just Traktor. I have 3 faders I use for it and with the last one an effect turns on at the end. It does take a smooth movement to have the fx go on and off.
I'm not at home or I would dig n my TSI for you. If no one else explains it by the time I vet home, I'll post up how to do it.

thanx man ill try and keep in touch too. Its just that this mapping with all the details ive already put into it its amazing. But the fader fx is just the extra oomph i need to make it perfect.

I know theres a way to do this with modifiers but I cant remember how... something to do with invert though and the on function being mapped to the inverted fader modifier not sure how to set up the value's though, I remember seeing a mapping that had fader fx for the numark range
