When using ASIO4all, all devices you want to use will be visible,so you will have to select the input/output you want to use.
Then, in your software, when you select ASIO4all as your audio interface, all inputs and outputs will appear, normally in the order they are enumerated (i.e 1st soundcard, then 2nd, etc).
But again, much easier to go with a soundcard that already has mulitple in/Out.

yes, i know that is easier... but i can't pay for one right now... :-(
about the asio4all, it shows all of the inputs/outputs, but in ableton live, i can only use 2 channels of one device at a time...
i can't use the same output for two devices... am i doing something wrong?
In ASIO4all, did your go into ADVANCED mode and enabled all possible outputs ?
Now would be a good time to read the ASIO4all manual...
The Phat One
Did you enable all the outputs for the AISO soundcard device in Ableton though as well ?
Nifty lil soundcards BTW ...
